About Zubair
Zubair has spent 15 years working across two fields that don't usually overlap: cybersecurity research and Muslim leadership development.
On the security side, his research has been presented at Microsoft, IBM, and international conferences. He founded Cyber Resiliency Labs (crlab.ca).
The coaching side is built around what he calls High Performing Strong Believers. The framework draws from classical Islamic scholarship in Toronto, modern leadership programs including Tony Robbins, Harvard Business School, and the McChrystal Leadership Institute, and years of hands-on dawah work through partnerships with IERA, Sapience Institute, and local masjids.
He's also taught Quranic Arabic through IOU and Alhuda Institute, using an approach built for people who've tried before and stopped. Most students cover what typically takes years in a fraction of that time.
On the charity side, he's helped launch several nonprofits, with a focus on keeping them lean, transparent, and high-impact from day one.
Qawi is the daily-practice app that comes out of this work. The full coaching program lives at coachzubair.com.
